Home Delivered Meals are available Monday-Friday.
Potential clients must be 60 and over and homebound.
Eligibility for meals will be determined by an Outreach worker
making a home visit. Some modified diets are
available. A second meal or liquid supplement is also
available. Call the Center for an appointment for a home
visit.
